Top Tips for Making Skewers

Soak the skewers in water for about 20 minutes this will reduce burning if using wooden skewers.

Marinate for 90 minutes to add infused flavour.

To chard edges keep flipping the skewers whilst grilling.
Ingredients
½ bottle Jerk Black Garlic Ketchup
400g Organic Tofu
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil or Avocado Oil for oiling the grill grates
80g Pomegranate
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
To Serve
Drizzle of our signature Carolina Reaper Chilli Sauce
Coriander Sprig for Garnish
Mild Red Chillies for Garnish
Preparation

Cut the tofu into cubes and Marinate with our signature Jerk Black Garlic Ketchup for 90 minutes before cooking in the fridge to add flavour. Also, there is the option to marinate overnight for a more flavourful result.

Thread the cubes of tofu onto skewers and lightly brush with oil.

Using a grill pan, cook for 4 minutes per side, or until char marks form and the tofu releases from the grill grates.

These are wonderfully peered with a drizzle of our Carolina Reaper Chilli Sauce.
